My NRMA is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative (Contact Centre) for a Hybrid Full‑Time role. You will be the first point of contact for roadside assistance calls and support members with empathy, clear communication, and accuracy.

You’ll work a 3‑week rotational roster from early mornings to late at night, with training at Sydney Olympic Park. This role offers work from home options with monthly office days and emphasizes customer care and data integrity.
