Where You'll Make a Difference

- Support new product introductions, manufacturing trials, and process scale-up activities.
- Analyze process data and prepare technical reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Develop process documentation and temporary manufacturing instructions.
- Participate in safety reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and RC&D; teams to deliver business objectives.
- Support capital projects, equipment commissioning, and plant start-up activities.





What Makes You the Right Fit

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of process development, scale-up, and manufacturing operations.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.

How Would You Stand Out?

- Experience in food ingredients, beverage, flavour, or nutrition manufacturing.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting capital investment or operational excellence projects.
