Assistant Buyer's Agent | Lower North Shore & Northern Beaches

Assistant Buyer's Agent to support live client campaigns and drive off-market sourcing. This is a genuine development role where you'll learn the buy side properly, from someone who does it every day.

Key responsibilities

- Prospecting and making outbound calls to agents across core markets
n
- Supporting active campaigns: monitoring client communication, checking portals several times daily, tracking price changes, withdrawn listings and new stock
n
- Preparing comparable sales research and reports
n
- Distributing buyer briefs across agent network
n
- Reporting daily activity and supporting general campaign administration
n

About you

n

n
- 1-3 years in real estate or an adjacent field
n
- Reliable, coachable, and genuinely interested in building a career in buyer's agency
n
- Strong communicator with real attention to detail
n




- Composed under pressure and qualified in every client and agent interaction
n
- Available Saturdays, with a current driver's licence and your own vehicle
n
- NSW Certificate of Registration, or willing to obtain one
n
