About the opportunity:

The Graduate Marketing Coordinator is an exciting opportunity ideal for a recent graduate or final year student ready to begin their career in an evolving and growing business in a critical industry sector. Working within the ANZ Marketing & Communications team, the Graduate Marketing Coordinator will gain hands‑on experience across digital marketing, content creation, events, communications, campaigns, brand management, and marketing operations.

The Graduate Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development and distribution of marketing and communication material across multiple channels for internal and external audiences. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications (ANZ), the Graduate Marketing Coordinator role will offer broad exposure to the APS Industrial business, products, technologies, customers,



and supplier partners while building foundational marketing capabilities.

Core skills and prerequisites:

- Recent graduate or final year student in a Marketing, Communication, PR, Business or Commerce related discipline
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite
