We are looking for a proactive and positive team player to join our property management team as a Property Inspections Manager. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service, supporting a team, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct opens inspections, including mid-week and Saturdays.
- Routine inspections, and at times you may be requested to assist with ingoing inspections.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to rental providers, renters, and prospective renters through skilled communication and timely follow-up.
- Support property managers by coordinating inspection schedules, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with property administration tasks as required.
- Ensure properties are well-presented, compliant, and maintained, and that any concerns identified during inspections are promptly reported.
- Collaborate with the property management team to continuously improve processes and maintain high operational standards.

What We’re Looking For

- Professional presentation, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Agents Representative Certificate (mandatory) and a current police check.
- Previous experience as an inspections manager, property manager, or assistant property manager, with knowledge of daily property management operations.
- Current Australian Driver’s License.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence in completing detailed property reports.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using property management software and inspection apps.
