The Role

n

As part of our front of house team, you'll be the face of The Wilton — welcoming guests, creating memorable moments, and bringing the venue to life.

n

Your day‐to‐day will include:

n

n
- Greeting and seating customers
n
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
n
- Taking orders and processing payments
n
- Preparing beverages and cocktails
n
- Washing and restocking glassware
n
- Monitoring RSA and supporting responsible service
n
- Attending to gaming machines and providing payouts (Gaming roles only)
n




- Specialized Gaming or Bar & Cocktail roles require prior experience.
n

What is needed to be successful in this role?

n

n
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) - Mandatory requirement
n
- Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) – Gaming positions only
n
- Strong communication and people skills
n
- Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously when required
n
- Ability to work a flexible roster
n
- Ability to work in a diverse team in a busy environment
n
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
n
- Please note that you must be available to work on weekends, nights, and public holidays.
