Help Desk Support – Major distribution company

URGENT 5-weeks Contract opportunity

Rate: $35-$42 per hour including Super

n

Must reside within 20-30 mins from Moorebank, NSW (100% Onsite Setup)

n

Ability to start immediately

We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Support professional to provide Level 1 IT support, troubleshooting, and operational assistance in a Microsoft environment. This is an opportunity for someone with foundational IT experience to grow their skills while contributing to a collaborative team working fully onsite on a rotating shift roster.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Provide basic IT helpdesk support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
n
- Support and maintain cabling organisation to ensure a clean and efficient work environment
n
- Assist with stock control, inventory counts, and audit support activities
n
- Document issues, solutions, and support activities accurately for future reference
n
- Work collaboratively with the team to support day-to-day IT operations in a Microsoft environment
n

Key Requirements

n

n
- At least 6–12+ months experience in a Level 1 IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or similar support role
n
- Solid IT support and troubleshooting skills (Level 1)
n
- Must be fully available to work rotating day, night, and weekend shifts for the entire contract duration and can work 100% onsite
n
- Must have robust communication and customer service skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
n
- Must live within close proximity to the site and have access to reliable personal transport
n
- IT-related qualification (degree or currently studying) is a plus
n
