Thesuccessfulcandidatewillworkbothintheworkshopandon-siteasrequired,usingstrongdiagnosticskillstominimisedowntimewhilemaintaininghighsafetyandqualitystandards.Afullymaintainedworkvehicle,fuelcardandmobilephoneareprovided,alongwithongoingtraining,careerdevelopmentandlong-termemploymentopportunities.

Thesuccessfulcandidatewillworkbothintheworkshopandon-siteasrequired,usingstrongdiagnosticskillstominimisedowntimewhilemaintaininghighsafetyandqualitystandards.Afullymaintainedworkvehicle,fuelcardandmobilephoneareprovided,alongwithongoingtraining,careerdevelopmentandlong-termemploymentopportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Carryoutscheduledservicingandpreventativemaintenanceonmobilecranesandheavyequipment
- Diagnoseandrepairmechanical,hydraulicandelectricalfaults
- Performbreakdownrepairsandemergencycall-outswhenrequired
- Inspect,serviceandmaintainheavydieselenginesandrelatedcomponents
- Completemaintenancerecords,inspectionreportsandservicedocumentation
- Ensureallrepairscomplywithmanufacturerspecificationsandworkplacesafetystandards
- Workeffectivelywithoperators,workshopstaffandsitepersonnel
- Maintainaclean,safeandorganisedworkenvironment




- Supportcontinuousimprovementinequipmentreliabilityandperformance

- TradequalificationasaHeavyDieselMechanicorequivalent
- MinimumthreeyearsofexperienceasaHeavyDieselMechanic
- Experienceservicingmobilecranesorheavyplantequipmentishighlydesirable
- Strongfault-findinganddiagnosticskills
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandwithinateamenvironment
- Commitmenttoworkplacehealthandsafetypractices
- Currentdriver'slicence(HRlicencepreferred)
