Job Title: Senior Business Analyst | Agile Digital Projects
n Work across complex ICT and digital projects as a Senior Business Analyst, leading business analysis, stakeholder engagement, process modelling and requirements development in an Agile delivery setting.

n

Location: ACT
n Work Arrangement: Hybrid - remote working may be considered case-by-case, subject to business needs and negotiated parameters.
n Contract Duration: 12 months, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
n Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline
n Closing Date: 10.00am, 25 September 2026

Essential Tasks:

n

- Analyse and model current and future business processes, information flows and user pathways.
n
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and translate business needs into fit-for-purpose technical and functional requirements.
n
- Develop business requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria and service design artefacts.
n




- Evaluate solution options and support requirements delivery across complex Agile ICT projects.
n

Key Criteria:

n

n
- Experience facilitating workshops and translating complex business and user needs into clear technical specifications.
n
- Strong experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria for developers and testers.
n
- Experience delivering complex digital projects in an Agile environment and managing interdependencies.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills; Azure DevOps and Microsoft technology experience is advantageous.
