Elders Warragul and Moe is seeking an experienced Portfolio Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of about 150 residential properties. You will act as the main liaison for rental providers and tenants, ensuring assets are well managed and compliant with Victorian tenancy laws.
Applicants should have at least two years of property management experience and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, plus eligibility as an Agent's Representative in Victoria.
