What You'll Be Doing

As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in creating a seamless experience for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Being the first point of contact for our valued service customers
- Building strong, lasting customer relationships
- Managing customer service bookings and appointments
- Conducting vehicle check-ins and accurately identifying customer requirements
- Providing clear and professional communication throughout the repair process
- Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress, repairs and additional work
- Preparing job cards, repair orders and invoices
- Liaising closely with technicians, workshop controllers and management




- Identifying and communicating additional service and repair opportunities
- Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection and customers understand the work completed
- Achieving customer satisfaction, retention and performance targets
- Contributing to a positive and productive dealership environment

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is professional, energetic and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

You will ideally have:

- 1–2+ years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Strong automotive industry knowledge
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to confidently explain repairs and recommendations to customers
- A strong understanding of customer service and retention
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment
- A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude
- Full unrestricted driver's licence
- Experience with ERA Power DMS is advantageous
- Previous Hyundai and/or Kia experience is highly regarded
- Most importantly, you'll have a genuine commitment to providing an experience that makes customers want to come back to us again and again.
