Competitive salary to commensurate with your valued experience: $100K - $120K Base + Super + Bonus

Your role will see you:

n

Take a holistic approach to supporting clients in their recovery and return to work

n

Manage a varied caseload, providing quality case management and tailored return to work services

n

Conduct workplace, functional and activities of daily living assessments

n

Develop return to work plans and provide Injury Management and RTW Coordination services

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers through responsive, high-quality service

n

Liaise closely with employers, treating professionals, insurers and other key stakeholders

n

Complete high-quality reports and documentation

n

Enjoy scope to take greater ownership locally and contribute to the growth of the Adelaide team

n

You will come to the role with:

n

Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy with AHPRA Registration

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

n

Strong customer service and relationship building skills

n

A positive, professional and personable approach

n

The confidence to work autonomously while remaining connected to a supportive wider team

n

Driver's licence and car

n
