BDH Constructions is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to manage a $5Mil commercial construction site in Bendigo, VIC. As a full time Site Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of this project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll be doing

- Coordinating and managing all aspects of construction project, from planning to completion
- Developing and implementing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Communicating regularly with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Providing strong leadership and mentorship to the project team
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site foreman in the construction industry
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects from start to finish




- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in the Bendigo region would be highly regarded
