As Service Director, you will be the heart of the service. You will provide confident leadership across daily operations, pedagogy, compliance, team development, family engagement and service performance. Most importantly, you will create an environment where children feel safe and connected, educators feel supported and families feel genuinely welcomed. Working closely with Future Kidz Academy's operational and teaching and learning teams, you will have the support and autonomy to lead your service with purpose.

Key responsibilities

- Leading the day-to-day operation of the service
- Building a positive, professional and child-safe workplace culture
- Recruiting, developing, coaching and retaining a high-performing team
- Supporting educators to deliver meaningful, high-quality learning experiences
- Maintaining compliance with the National Law, National Regulations, National Quality Standard and Victorian Child Safe Standards
- Driving continuous improvement through the service's Quality Improvement Plan
- Developing strong, respectful partnerships with children and families
- Supporting enrolment growth, occupancy and family retention
- Managing staffing, rosters, budgets and operational performance
- Ensuring children's health, safety and wellbeing remain at the core of every decision

About you

- A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a Service Director, Centre Director, Assistant Director or senior early childhood leader
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Victorian regulatory requirements and Child Safe Standards
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing educators




- Confidence managing compliance, staffing, occupancy and service performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A current Victorian Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Full working rights in Australia
