Randstad is looking for a plant operator with their HR license to join a well-known waste management site in Dandenong.

Role isnt only plant operating must be open to labouring too. Casual ongoing role with potential to go permanent for the right person.

Pay over $38 per hour.

You’ll be working with our liquid treatment plant, ensuring the secure and efficient handling of liquid waste materials.

Two roles available Monday- Friday 4am-12pm or 12pm-8pm

The role

- Operate and oversee the performance of the Liquid Treatment Plant.
- Conduct routine sampling and basic analysis of liquid waste to support compliance and quality control.
- Operate plant equipment in line with procedures, ensuring all waste materials meet the required standards for disposal or recovery.

What you need

- HR license.
- Excavator/loader ticket isnt mandatory but desireable.
- Forklift ticket isnt mandatory but is desirable.
- Experience in waste industry is desired.
- Medical- Drug and Alcohol test.
