- As a Trade Overseer, you'll lead, mentor and motivate inmates in a agile team environment, helping them develop practical trade and workplace skills that support successful rehabilitation and future employment opportunities.

- Lead by example by mentoring and supervising inmates, passing on your trade skills and helping them build the confidence and experience needed for employment after release.

What you need

n

- Relevant trade qualifications: Minimum Certificate lll in any Construction Trade including Electrician, Plumber, Plasterer, Roofer, Tiler or related trades.
n
- Proven post-trade experience with the ability to apply your skills effectively in a diverse operational environment.
n
- Demonstrated experience supervising and managing workers, including providing clear instructions, coaching and training to a lower-skilled workforce.
