We are seeking a Warehouse Optimisation & Integration Manager to join us on an initial 12-month contract. This newly created contract role offers:

- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Warehouse Optimisation & Integration Manager you will:

- Lead warehouse optimisation projects to improve capacity, productivity, workflow efficiency and storage utilisation across BAM's operations.
- Review warehouse layouts, slotting strategies, racking configurations and material flow processes, identifying opportunities to maximise available space and operational performance.
- Develop data-driven recommendations supported by capacity modelling, business cases, ROI analysis and implementation plans.
- Support the successful integration of Vinomofo into BAM operations, ensuring readiness across warehouse space, labour planning,



inventory management, receiving and fulfilment activities.
- Design and implement practical continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, stock accuracy, receiving performance and service outcomes.
- Ensure all proposed operational changes consider WHS, Chain of Responsibility, compliance, quality and customer service impacts.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You're someone who loves solving complex operational challenges. You enjoy getting into the detail, analysing data, redesigning processes and turning ideas into results. You will bring:

- Experience in warehouse operations, supply chain improvement and logistics projects.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse design, storage optimisation, slotting, inventory management and material flow principles.
- Demonstrated achievements in project management within a warehouse
- Experience preparing business cases, implementing plans and gaining executive buy-in
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance service, cost, safety and operational practicality
- Strong understanding of 3PL and warehouse environments.

Ideally, you will bring some form of study within supply chain and logistics, however years of experience is where the real value lies.

Whether it's optimising warehouse layouts, leading integrations or delivering productivity improvements, you're motivated by creating smarter, more efficient ways of working and seeing measurable outcomes from your work. You'll be comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a fast-paced 3PL, logistics, FMCG or supply chain workplace.
