Elite Eleven is a fast-growing sportswear brand dedicated to building a high-performing retail team. We are looking for an organised and detail oriented Stock Manager to join our Northland team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our store's stock operations, ensuring our products are managed efficiently from delivery to the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Operations & Inventory: Receive and process daily deliveries, check for discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory using our stock management system, Stock Savvy.

Backroom Management: Maintain a clean, protected, and highly organised backroom, ensuring all products are clearly labeled and easily accessible for staff.

Store Support: Proactively replenish the shop floor throughout the day, ensuring top-selling items are always available and that the store is ready for high-traffic periods and events.

Team Coordination: Oversee the stock team, delegate tasks to ensure workflow efficiency, and train team members on stock processes.

Communication:



Work closely with the Stock Allocator to track stock movement, report low-stock levels, and manage offsite inventory and returns.

Proven experience in a retail stock or inventory management role.

Highly organised with attention to detail.

An effective communicator who can coordinate tasks with a team.

The ability to work efficiently and manage time-sensitive tasks.
