The Role:

n

We are looking for an experienced service advisor to join our team at our dealership. You will be responsible for:

n

Providing an outstanding customer experience

n

Greetingguests on arrival at the dealership's service department;

n

Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer

n

Keeping customersup to dateon the servicing of their vehicle;

n

Liaising with team to ensure jobs are completed within the allocated time

n

Obtaining accurate pricing and preparing invoices

n

Handlingcomplaints and ensuring prompt issue resolution;

n

Selection Criteria

n

Qualified, polished presentation with a focus on customer service

n

Team player with can do attitude

n

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

n

Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

n





Good computer literacy with experience using CRM systems desired

n

Current Drivers License

n
