We are recruiting on behalf of a fast growing sales and marketing company based in Geelong, partnering with well-known national and international brands. They specialise in face-to-face sales and are currently expanding their high-performing team.

We have found that people with a background in hospitality thrive in sales. The best salespeople already know how to talk to anyone, think on their feet, work under pressure and bring energy! That’s why we LOVE people from hospo... just like YOU!

This role will teach you how to take those people skills and turn them into professional sales, communication and leadership skills that can transfer into almost any career.

No sales experience needed. Full paid training provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Representing leading brands through face-to-face sales campaigns
- Learning high-level sales and communication skills
- Working in an ambitious, supportive and high-energy team
- Work towards KPIs and targets to earn tiered performance bonuses
- Get involved in training and leading new team members
