Tedesca is looking for a chef de partie to join our small team. Our biodynamic farm and produce garden is directly on site – it informs the menu. We cook over a fire hearth and grill – 4 set lunches only a week with one day of prep only.
About you
Minimum 5 years experience and a willingness to live on the Mornington Peninsula
Experience with cooking on fire not necessary
