About this Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in our busy internal sales team to provide an exceptional level of service to a wide variety of customers based in Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth & Tasmania. Day-to-day you will answer phone and email enquiries, process orders and provide innovative solutions for your customers to meet their needs. You will also work closely with other teams such as External Sales, Warehouse, Supply and Samples to support timely and accurate ordering and delivery of customer goods.

Working in our Dandenong South office, you will report to the Internal Sales Manager. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with rostered shifts falling between 8am and 5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide a high standard of customer service




- Process orders in SAP, check stock availability and where required suggest alternative products
- Build and maintain excellent knowledge of Spicers’ product ranges
- Focus on and support sales of ageing stock
- Provide direction to customers on our products and services
- Work within in a small dedicated team
- Liaise with external sales and warehouse teams to ensure service levels are achieved
- Ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills and Experience

- Experience in the print, design, packaging, signage or label industry (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
- Experience using SAP (highly desirable)
- Drive, energy and a willingness to learn.
