MindChamps Early Learning Glenroy is seeking passionate and dedicated Full-Time Diploma and Cert 3 Educators to join our team of passionate and inspiring educators. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and their families. As an educator with us, you will play a vital role in creating nurturing, stimulating environments where children can learn, grow and thrive during their crucial early years. of their development This position is based on-site at our Glenroy centre, where you will work collaboratively with our supportive team to deliver quality early childhood education and care.

Key responsibilities

Provide high-quality, play-based learning experiences that support children's development across all developmental domains

Plan and implement educational programmes aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework/ Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework and the National Quality Standard

Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues to foster a sense of belonging and community

Maintain safe, clean and organised learning environments that promote exploration and discovery through creativity, imagination and curiosity

Observe, assess and document children's learning and development, sharing insights with families through regular communication

Support children's wellbeing, including supervision, hygiene and nutrition throughout the day

Collaborate with the education team to develop and refine centre practices and policies





Engage in professional development and maintain compliance with relevant early childhood education standards and regulations

Work effectively with families to understand children's individual needs and celebrate their achievements

What we're looking for

Currently hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and/or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC - for employment)

Current First Aid and CPR certification in an early learning setting

Minimum of 2 years work experience in this sector

Passion for early childhood education and a genuine love of working with young children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with children and families

Commitment to creating inclusive, welcoming environments that celebrate diversity

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team whilst also being able to work independently

Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework/ Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework and National Quality Standard

Physical fitness and ability to engage in active play and routines with children

Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and patient in busy environments

Australian work rights are required for this role
