The Role:

n

As Senior Team Administrator you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting the smooth operation of the Brisbane CBD office.

n

Working closely with senior leaders, clients and teams across business services, audit and CFO advisory, you will take ownership of a broad range of client services, office coordination and administration activities.

n

What you will be doing

n

Managing client enquiries and correspondence

n

ASIC annual reviews, company changes and incorporations

n

Assisting with billing, workflow and job administration

n

Supporting ATO administration and compliance processes

n





Supporting the wider Business Services & Tax team

n

About you:

n

2 + years Accounting or professional services experience

n

Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and senior stakeholders

n

Experience with CAS360, FYI and Xero XPM is highly regarded

n

Brisbane CBD location in a newly refurbished office, end-of-trip facilities and hub amenities

- Degree educated accountant having practiced in both Big4 and boutique firm environments
n
