Licebusters is a skilled head lice treatment clinic based in Enmore, dedicated to providing secure, effective, and compassionate care to families. We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and client-focused Lice Treatment Clinician to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families, has excellent communication skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality care in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and empathetic manner
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using the clinic booking system
- Deliver safe and effective head lice assessment and removal treatments in accordance with Licebusters protocols
- Provide education and aftercare advice to parents and caregivers
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards of treatment rooms and reception areas
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and prepared for each client
- Promote Licebusters services within the local community,



including outreach to schools, kindergartens, and hair salons
- Assist with social media and local marketing initiatives where required

About You

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable and confident working with children
- Strong attention to detail and high hygiene standards
- Organised and able to manage bookings and client flow
- Skilled presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in healthcare, beauty therapy, childcare, pharmacy, hair salon, nursing, or customer service is highly regarded (training will be provided)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
