You'll join pta Consulting Group's learning team, building custom eLearning experiences in Articulate Storyline and Rise. We're looking for experienced eLearning developers who combine solid technical capability with a good eye for design, creating learning experiences that people actually engage with.

Key responsibilities

- Building custom eLearning experiences in Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Creating interactions that feel intuitive, not over-engineered
- Using variables, states, triggers and transitions to bring learning to life
- Designing interfaces that are clean, accessible and easy to navigate
- Collaborating with learning designers, consultants, and graphic designers to turn ideas into polished learning products
- Finding clever technical solutions to tricky learning problems

About you

- Experienced in building quality Storyline modules
- Strong technical Storyline capability with knowledge of triggers, variables, states and transitions




- Good eye for design with understanding of layout, hierarchy and visual consistency
- Understanding of user experience and learner behaviour
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
- Ability to think about when to keep things simple and when an interaction genuinely adds value
- Portfolio of work you're proud of demonstrating your approach to learning and design
