As a Capital Equipment Sales Representative, you will manage and grow a Victorian based territory, focusing on capital equipment sales across a range of industrial customers.

This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role, where understanding customer needs and delivering the right solution is key to long-term success.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing and growing a defined sales territory across Victoria.

Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

Identifying opportunities and converting them into sales

Working with distributor partners to support mutual growth

Using CRM tools to plan, track and manage your pipeline

Providing solutions based on customer needs and product knowledge

Experience in technical, industrial or equipment-based sales

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

A proactive, organized approach to territory management

Confidence using CRM and sales tools

Ability to travel within VIC for customer visits

Highly regarded but not essential:



Engineering qualifications or technical background practical knowledge and commercial ability are key
