Jfk Interiors Australia - Campbellfield VIC

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of JFK's works on site, working closely with Project Managers, Production Manager, factory team, installers, subcontractors, builders and other trades. This is a senior position managing large-scale commercial interior fit-out and architectural joinery projects across Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

- Managing joinery installation works from commencement through to completion and handover
- Leading installers, labourers and subcontractors on site
- Planning and coordinating daily and weekly installation requirements
- Working closely with Project Managers to ensure programme dates and milestones are achieved
- Reviewing drawings, site conditions and installation requirements before works commence
- Identifying potential issues early and driving practical solutions
- Coordinating site deliveries, labour, access and materials
- Monitoring quality and ensuring works are completed to JFK standards
- Managing defects and project close-out
- Liaising professionally with builders, site managers, clients, consultants and other trades

About you

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Manager,



Site Supervisor or senior installation management role
- Strong commercial joinery, shopfitting or architectural joinery experience
- Experience managing large or complex commercial joinery installations
- Proven experience leading installation teams and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of architectural and joinery drawings
- Experience working on large commercial construction sites
- Good understanding of construction sequencing, programming and site coordination
- Strong quality control and defect management experience
- Current driver's licence
- Construction White Card
