If you’re an experienced Property Manager looking for better support, flexibility and a genuinely well run department, this opportunity is worth exploring. Due to continued rent roll growth, our client is seeking a Property Manager to take ownership of a clean, well maintained portfolio of approximately 150 properties. Strong systems and a supportive team, allowing you to focus on managing your clients and properties, not fixing someone else’s problems.

The Role

- End-to-end portfolio management of 150 properties
- Landlord / tenant communication
- Maintenance / arrears management
- Entry / exit inspections, no routines
