The exciting opportunity

n

n
- Provide in person services to designated homes predominantly in metro Sydney with some regional travel required
n
- Conduct dietetics assessments and develop and implement individualised care plans
n
- Liaise with the Food Service teams to assist in developing menu options for resident's individual needs
n
- Provide expert advice on nutrition-related risks, deficiencies, and corrective actions
n
- Be involved with continuous improvement initiatives to ensure best practice operations
n
- Design and deliver nutrition and hydration education programs for staff and external stakeholders
n

About you

n

n
- Tertiary qualified in Dietetics and registered as an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia
n
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Dietitian with post graduate experience in an acute or aged care setting
n
- Driver's licence, reliable car and willing to travel to homes across metro and regional locations as required
n
- Empathetic, flexible, resilient, conscientious, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain) and unlimited working rights in Australia
n
