Ruah is seeking a Team Lead to guide a dedicated crisis accommodation team at Kambarang Place, supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women escaping violence. The role blends leadership with trauma-informed practice to ensure secure, high-quality, client-centred care.

You will lead a high-performing team, strengthen community connections and drive positive outcomes, while upholding Ruah’s values in a 38-hour week, Monday to Friday schedule.
