VICPROP is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our Melbourne CBD office. This is an exciting prospect for someone who is passionate about real estate, enjoys working with people, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

- Act as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, handling enquiries via phone and in person.
- Conduct property inspections and assist with tenancy sign-ups.
- Prepare lease documentation and coordinate property keys and presentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners and relocation companies.
- Support the property management team and contribute to business growth through prospecting and lead follow-up.

About You

- Proven experience in Property Management or as a Leasing Consultant in the real estate industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with meticulous attention to detail.




- Familiarity with the local real estate market and trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets.
- Having the Real Estate Sales Representative Certificate is a MUST.
