Position Summary

Baykan Enterprises Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to manage transport activities through our Albury office. This hybrid role includes both office-based and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Plan transport schedules and coordinate customer collections and deliveries.
n
- Allocate drivers, vehicles and equipment according to daily operational requirements.
n
- Arrange the purchase, servicing and maintenance of vehicles and transport equipment.
n
- Communicate with customers, manage bookings and resolve service-related concerns.
n
- Ensure goods are handled and transported under conditions that protect their quality.
n




- Maintain operational records and prepare transport and performance reports.
n
- Ensure transport activities meet workplace safety and relevant regulatory requirements.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Minimum three years of relevant transport-management experience.
n
- Strong communication, leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills.
n
- Experience with fleet-tracking software such as Teletrac Navman TN360 or MyGeotab.
n
- Positive understanding of driver scheduling, vehicle management and transport operations.
n
- Must live in the Albury-Wodonga area or be willing to relocate.
n
- Able to work effectively both remotely and from the Albury office.
