Tuesday to Saturday Late starts (11.00am–7:00pm weekdays) and Saturdays

Key responsibilities

n

Provide a high level of customer service with a positive, proactive approach

n

Assist customers with product selection, colour matching, and general paint advice

n

Perform manual lifting and handling tasks, including safely lifting 20 litre paint drums

n

Replenish stock, ensuring shelves are well presented and ticketed

n

Conduct date checking and stock rotation to maintain product quality and compliance

n

Use computer systems to process Taubman's account customers transactions accurately and professionally

n

Operate tinting equipment and mix paint formulas using computer based tinting software

n





Follow all safety procedures and processes

n

Maintain general housekeeping standards within the Paint area

n

About you

n

Experienced in paint products, tinting, and paint department operations (essential)

n

A reliable team player with a strong work ethic

n

Well presented, motivated, and customer focused

n

Physically fit and comfortable with manual lifting

n

Competent in basic numeracy and literacy

n

Computer literate, confident using POS systems, account processing, and tinting software

n

Able to follow instructions and work efficiently

n
