Cater Care is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join our Regency Park kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in preparing quality coffee, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a fast-paced hospitality environment. Alongside barista duties, you'll support our catering and kitchen operations, working collaboratively with the team to deliver a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages
n
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service, including serving meals and snacks
n
- Assist with food preparation and day-to-day café and catering operations
n
- Restock supplies and maintain clean,



organised kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing
n
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times
n

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

- Experienced in preparing quality barista coffee; formal qualifications are an advantage
n
- Previous barista experience in a busy café or hospitality environment, with the ability to support kitchen operations
n
- Reliable, flexible and team-oriented, with a calm approach under pressure
n
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
n
- Efficient and organised, with the ability to work effectively during busy service periods
