St Vincent's Institute of Medical Research – Fitzroy VIC is seeking a growth-focused Commercial Relationship Manager to join the Customer Engagement team on a full time basis. The role focuses on retaining customers and driving revenue growth through strategic sales plans and proactive account management.

You will act as the first contact for customers, use a CRM to drive a sales cycle, promote NRL products and services, and oversee distribution partnerships.
