We're looking for a highly organised, reliable Stock Controller / Delivery Coordinator to join our busy dealership group in Capalaba, supporting Moreton Bay Ford, Moreton Bay Suzuki and Omoda Jaecoo Capalaba.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in vehicle registration, stock control, dealership administration or coordination who is ready for a change and wants a varied role within a supportive automotive environment.

What you'll be doing:

- Coordinating vehicle deliveries and preparation
- Managing vehicle movements, transport bookings and stock locations
- Assisting with vehicle registration and Queensland Transport requirements
- Coordinating with workshop, parts, sales and external suppliers
- Raising purchase orders and managing administrative paperwork
- Tracking vehicle workflow and ensuring everything is ready for delivery
- Assisting with registration overflow when required




- Providing general administrative and dealership coordination support

You might be a great fit if you have:

- Previous registration clerk / vehicle registration, stock control or inventory experience
- Automotive dealership administration or general administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving
- Confidence communicating with sales, workshop, parts and external suppliers
- Queensland Transport (QT) experience - particularly registration overflow would be highly regarded
- Experience with dealership systems such as Pentana or Titan DMS would be an advantage

We'd ideally like someone full-time, Monday-Friday, however, we're open to the right person looking for part-time hours, with arrangements such as 9am-3pm potentially available.
