Q Dermatology is a doctor-owned, doctor-run skin practice here in Brisbane, and we're after someone lovely to join our team with flexible hours. This may mean fewer or shorter days. We do need someone who can do Tuesdays and Thursdays particularly though.

This one's for the parents, and those with other commitments . You know the type - warm, sharp, unflappable, genuinely good with people - and sitting on a pile of talent that most "9 to 5" roles can't make room for, because pick-up doesn't move for anyone.

We understand completely. So instead of asking you to build your life around a job, we built the hours around the school run.

A genuinely unique opportunity

Roles like this don't come up often. We've designed it on purpose for someone whose life doesn't fit the standard mould - and we may also be able to consider significant time off during school holidays, meaning longer stretches of leave when the kids are home. This isn't something we've decided in isolation: we've collaborated with our existing team, and they're genuinely on board. They're willing to pull the slack of covering the opening and closing hours around you, for the right person - a special team member who brings real capability and experience to the middle of the day. In return, that's exactly what we'll be looking for from you: significant talent, capability, and a genuine contribution during the hours you're here. Present, switched on, and making them count - that's the deal,



and it's a good one for the right person.

You will be vital team member in one of our dermatologists' small team.

Two ways to join us

- The reception role You'd be the first welcome - answering calls and making patients feel looked after from the very first hello, booking appointments, greeting people at the desk, and keeping the day running smoothly. You're the calm, friendly first point of contact for a practice whose whole mission is helping people feel comfortable in their own skin.
- The clinical assisting role You'd work directly alongside a dermatologist, assisting with patients in the consulting room - supporting procedures, helping things run smoothly, and making sure every patient feels at ease and well cared for through their visit. It's hands-on, people-focused work right at the heart of what we do. You don't need any medical background - we teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is aptitude, warmth with people, and diligent, self-motivated learning.
