The AFL Field Umpire Assistant Coach is a fixed-term 2-year role within the AFL’s elite umpiring program. You will work under the AFL Umpires Head Coach to design and deliver coaching, feedback and technical support that drives the growth of AFL Field Umpires across the season.
You will analyse performance, build development plans and deliver programs to support individual and collective improvements, fostering a high-performance environment and solid relationships with clubs and stakeholders.
