Job Description
Our partner is a wildly popular and successful QSR group with locations across 15 countries. With rapid expansion across APAC, they are now seeking a savvy Franchise Business Manager to drive sustainable growth and deliver on key objectives through close partnership and collaboration with franchised restaurants in Australia.

The key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Serving as the primary strategic advisor to the franchisees, with clear accountability for operational excellence, sales performance, and long-term franchise success;
n
- Building trust and rapport with franchise partners to drive meaning improvements;
n
- Leveraging data-driven insights and strong commercial acumen to advise on opportunities to grow sales, improve profitability, and optimise performance;
n
- Ensuring the brand experience remains consistent and uncompromised;
n
- Coaching Business Partners to adopt strategies that improve sales, profitability and operational execution;
n
- Fostering open communication with cross-functional stakeholders, creating alignment and driving sustained business performance;
n
- Traveling to partner restaurants to provide coaching across operations, facilities, marketing, training, etc.;
n
- Leading quarterly reviews with partners to track progress and align on goals;
n
- Anticipating challenges and recommending timely solutions;
n
- Championing best practices and sharing learnings across the region;
n
- Acting as a culture champion and brand ambassador.

What we're looking for:
n
n
- 5 to 10 years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience;
n
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to drive performance;
n
- Ability to travel extensively and effectively;
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects;
n
- Strong understanding of restaurant financial management, labour productivity, and store-level economics;
n
- Experience cultivating and developing high-performing teams;
n
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change;
n
- Experience in supporting current market launches and expansions;
n
- A can-do, no-job-is-too-small attitude;
n
- Someone who leads with empathy, respect, and emotional intelligence;
n
- Someone who can foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and constructive teamwork.
