About the Role

n

You will deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support to participants with complex needs, including:

n

n
- Trauma and family violence
n
- Drug and alcohol challenges
n
- Behaviours of concern
n
- High physical care requirements
n
- Personal Care
n

n

This role requires confidence, experience, and compassion, working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide daily living support (personal care, meals, household tasks)
n
- Support community access and social engagement
n
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
n
- Follow NDIS, safety, and compliance standards
n

n

About You

n

n
- Certificate III/IV in Disability, Aged Care,



or similar (essential)
n
- Proven experience with complex participants & behaviours of concern (essential)
n
- Experience with high physical care needs (essential)
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently
n
- Provide personal care this includes assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and daily living support to participants in their homes or care settings, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and independence.
n

Availability required:

- Day, afternoon, weekend shifts
n
- Active & inactive overnight shifts
n

n

Requirements

n

- Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insurance
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Working With Children Check
n
- Current Police Check
n
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
n
- Australian working rights
n
- Capable and willing to assist participants with personal care activities as required
n
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher)
n

Desirable

n

n
- Trauma-informed practice experience
n
