We're up-to-date Mexican, on the river at Queanbeyan, & we're heading into our busiest season.

Be clear on what this is

It's a kitchen hand role. That means dishes, & plenty of them. You'll also be taught basic prep so you can help out during service, & if you want to keep learning & move up in the kitchen, that door is open. Plenty of our team started exactly here. But day to day, this is the dish section & it matters.

From around November we expect to add Thursday nights as the summer season kicks in, so there are more hours if you want them.

- You turn up, on time, every shift. That's the whole job
- You work hard & you don't slow down when it gets loud
- You pull your weight for the people next to you. Our kitchen only works because everyone helps each other
- Clean & tidy by habit
- You want to learn

No experience needed. Reliability & attitude matter more.

The deal

- Award rates, plus penalty rates on weekends
- Set shifts every week, with more hours from November
- Real training & a path further into the kitchen if you want it
