Queensland Cricket is seeking a hands-on, community-based Coach and Talent Specialist to support grassroots coaches, clubs and schools across the Darling Downs region. This role aims to develop junior cricket pathways and improve coaching capability within the community.
You will be in the field, working with volunteers, schools and clubs to create positive cricket experiences and foster participation. This is a full time, regionally focused role based in Darling Downs.
