Based out of our Wantirna South office, we are seeking a vibrant, engaging Current Homes Consultant to join our team. While this is ultimately a sales position, we are not looking for pushy, aggressive closing tactics. Our focus is entirely on genuine relationship-building. We want someone who breaks the ice naturally, values authentic connection over transaction, and establishes true, long-term trust with our clients. What You'll Be Doing

- Building Rapport: Act as the warm, welcoming first point of contact for new prospects, breaking the ice naturally and turning inquiries into trusted, long-term relationships.

- Consultative Guidance: Follow our proven G.J. pathway - qualifying leads, understanding client budgets, and guiding families comfortably through design choices, knockdown rebuilds, or custom home plans.

- Showroom & Display Experience: Be the inviting face of our brand, utilising our show home to showcase quality, craftsmanship, and design options to prospective buyers.





- Exceptional Customer Support: Maintain open, clear, and attentive communication with clients throughout their pre-construction journey, ensuring they feel completely reassured and supported.

- Pipeline Discipline: Maintain structured CRM records, track lead progress diligently, and collaborate closely with our internal design and admin teams to deliver an exceptional experience.
