About the role

As a Warranty Service Officer, you will oversee the warranty process for customers in Australia, ensuring product satisfaction and adherence to warranty specifications. You will also support general customer service inquiries, contributing to the overall service team.

Key responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries regarding warranty issues via phone, email, and in person
- Administer warranty claims, including assessing coverage and problem-solving
- Liaise with service agents and plumbers to ensure warranty work is completed
- Maintain the warranty database and complete data entry for warranty claims
- Communicate important developments with key stakeholders




- Represent the organisation at trade shows and functions as required.

Skills & experience

- Proven experience in the plumbing industry, preferably with a focus on bathroom products and installations
- Solid customer service ethic with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic order entry systems.
