About the Pharmacy

This is a supply pharmacy supporting a substantial number of residential aged care homes. It operates in a hospital style workplace with minimal retail interaction and a structured, clinical workflow.

This is a well-established pharmacy with a strong focus on providing reliable, accurate medication supply to residential aged care facilities.

We have invested in modern technology and efficient systems to make the day-to-day workflow easier for our team, including:

- Automated medication sachet packing technology

- FRED and MedPoint

- Multi-dose sachets

- MPS Packettes®

- Websterpak®

- Efficient dispensing and checking systems

- Experienced pharmacists and technicians

You’ll be joining a team that values accuracy, teamwork,



reliability and looking after each other.

About the Role

Your day will involve a mix of:

- Dispensing medications for aged care residents

- Processing medication orders and changes

- Checking prescriptions and medication charts

- Checking medication sachets and packed medications

- Ensuring medications are supplied accurately and on time

- Working closely with pharmacists and technicians

- Communicating with aged care facilities regarding medication supply

- Supporting the smooth running of the dispensary and packing workflow

- Assisting the team wherever needed

You’ll receive a thorough induction and ongoing support, so you can become confident with our systems and processes.

The Ideal Person

You’ll suit this role if you are:

- A registered pharmacist

- Organised and accurate

- Comfortable with computers and pharmacy software

- Someone who enjoys a structured working environment

- A reliable team player

- Happy working as part of a busy dispensary and supply operation

- Looking for a stable, long-term position

Aged care or dispensing experience is advantageous, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Your Roster

The position offers a 4-day week, with:

- Monday–Friday: 9am–6pm

- Alternating Saturday: 9am–5pm

- Alternating Sunday: 1pm–5pm

- After-hours/on-call approximately every 4th week

As the team grows, the frequency of after-hours duties will reduce.

We’re looking for someone versatile who is happy to support the team when required.
