Are you an experienced Learning & Training Specialist who enjoys creating practical learning content and delivering training that helps people successfully adopt new systems and ways of working?

Join a major business systems implementation within a leading local organisation and play a hands-on role in preparing employees for significant change.

This is a delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys being close to work. You'll design and build learning content, develop eLearning, work directly with Subject Matter Experts and facilitate training for employees across the organisation.

About the Role

Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to understand business processes, system changes and learner needs.

- Develop role-based learning content for different audiences across the organisation.
- Design and build eLearning using Articulate Rise.
- Develop SCORM content and publish learning through an LMS.
- Create Quick Reference Guides, instructional videos, facilitator guides, presentations, pre-work and knowledge checks.
- Translate complex information into simple, practical and user-friendly learning.
- Review,



test and refine content with SMEs and project team members.
- Facilitate face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
- Support train-the-trainer activities where required.
- Maintain and update learning content as processes and requirements evolve.

You will bring

- 3+ years' experience in learning, training, instructional design or a similar role.
- Experience supporting systems implementation, business transformation, technology change or organisational change program.
- Strong instructional design and learning content development capability.
- Hands-on experience developing eLearning using Articulate Rise.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- The ability to work with SMEs and translate complex information into engaging learning.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple learning deliverables to deadlines.
- A practical, team-oriented and delivery-focused approach.

Experience working on a large-scale systems or business transformation program will be highly regarded. Experience with TechnologyOne is advantageous but not essential.
