About the role:

n

The Partnerships Manager will create positive brand exposure and commercial value for B105 and Triple M 104.5 by developing, securing and managing strategic sponsorship and partnership opportunities across sport, music, entertainment and community sectors.

n

The role drives exceptional partnership outcomes through strong stakeholder relationships, seamless activation delivery, effective contract management and measurable reporting.

n

What does your day to day look like?

n

n
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring all contractual commitments, activations and campaign deliverables are executed on time and to a high standard.
n
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, acting as the key point of contact and delivering exceptional service to maximise engagement and long-term value.
n
- Plan and execute integrated partnership activations across on-air, digital, social, events and promotional channels, driving commercial, marketing and audience outcomes.
n
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Content, Brand Experience and Commercial teams to deliver seamless campaigns,



fulfil partner advantages and identify new growth opportunities.
n
- Monitor partnership performance, budgets and reporting, while maintaining accurate records, providing strategic insights and supporting the development of partnership strategy and team capability.
n
- Representing SCA professionally at partner, community and industry events.
n

What you'll need:

n

n
- Proven experience in partnerships, sponsorships, events or marketing, with a strong understanding of partnership activation, event delivery and measuring ROI.
n
- Commercially minded and results-driven, with the ability to identify opportunities, maximise value and deliver strong business, marketing and revenue outcomes.
n
- Exceptional relationship management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
n
- Highly organised and proactive, with strong project management, administrative and systems capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a solutions-focused approach to managing competing priorities.
