nbn is seeking a Senior Field Change & Readiness Lead to drive integrated change planning across a portfolio of Field Services initiatives. You will translate complex operational changes into practical readiness plans for technicians, depots and partners, ensuring safety, fatigue, workflow and customer outcomes are addressed.

You will lead change roadmaps, assess impacts, coordinate dependencies and provide actionable recommendations to senior leaders and governance forums.
