Reporting to the CHPP Superintendent, the CHPP Supervisor is accountable for the safe coordination of all coal-processing activities within the CHPP for their shift in accordance with safety and compliance targets, budget tonnes and quality objectives.

Reporting to the CHPP Superintendent, the CHPP Supervisor is accountable for the safe coordination of all coal-processing activities within the CHPP for their shift in accordance with safety and compliance targets, budget tonnes and quality objectives.

What You'll Do

n

- Provide day-to-day operational direction to achieve required targets.
n
- Ensure that operators receive proper instruction and training in safe processing practices.
n
- Lead a team workplace and coordinate coal preparation activities in a cost-effective and efficient manner
n
- Cost reduction activities / initiatives.
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Strong commitment to safety and a continuous improvement culture.
n
- Mechanical or Electrical Trade Certificate (desirable)
n
- Minimum of five (5) years in the mining or heavy industry or processing plant with strong working knowledge of Stockpile Management an stockpile dozer operations
n
- Current Unencumbered New South Wales "C" Class Drivers Licence.
